The Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our estate teams, ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our estate teams, including mechanical, electrical and building services engineers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of planned preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor and report on maintenance work.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of building services and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
