Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Process client and adviser requests within Service Level Agreements (SLA) including payments out, internal transfers and investment strategies.
  • Answer emails, secure messages and post/letters from both advisers and end clients within the SLA
  • Understand system task failures and manually process these
  • Build relationships with advisers and clients through outgoing calls
  • Resolve queries and escalate cases generated within the team

You will need:

  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of MS Office products, such as Excel and Word
