Job Title: Accountancy Practice Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountancy Practice Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the HR processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including the Primary Care Network and locality commissioners, to promote collaborative working and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the management of the practice's IT system, including compliance with the Data Security Protection Toolkit.
  • Ensure ongoing CQC compliance and manage the significant event and complaints processes.
  • Lead and coordinate projects within the practice, including the review and update of all practice policies and procedures.
  • Manage estates and facilities, including health and safety aspects and risk assessments.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, workforce planning, and development.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
