We are seeking a Construction Products Specialist to join our team in Kent. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for product planning, delivery, and market research throughout the product lifecycle.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum

Job Description

You will work closely with development/engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products to market that align with our vision, meeting market needs, and delivering high-quality standards.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Educated to degree standard or similar in engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years relevant product management experience from within the construction industry
  • Demonstrable understanding of product engineering and management principles
  • Experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Proven negotiation and networking skills

Responsibilities:

  • Write business cases for new product investments
  • Write Market Requirements documents for product requirements
  • Work with the marketing manager to propose a product marketing plan and budget
  • Develop core positioning and messaging for products
  • Perform product demos to customers
