New Homes Sales Professional

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven New Homes Sales Professional to join our team at Optima Site Solutions Ltd. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in residential estate agency, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike. You will be expected to work closely with our new homes support team to ensure seamless marketing and sales administration.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take their career to the next level. With a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience), you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
- A 5-day working week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)
- Car allowance or company car

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position
