We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Adecco. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Manage calendars and book appointments for team members
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes
- Handle phone calls and emails
- Support the team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
