About the Role: As a Nutrition Specialist, you will lead service development, driven by best practice, up-to-date research, and national standards. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, speech therapists, and psychiatrists to assess and care for older adults at different stages of their mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing, planning, and delivering individual and group dietetic interventions across various community, outpatient, hospital, and group settings
  • Providing education, training, and expert support to develop the diet and nutrition knowledge and skills of staff

Requirements: Essential qualifications include a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics, HCPC registration, and a postgraduate qualification. You must demonstrate clinical experience working with people with mental health conditions, good knowledge of evidence-based dietetic practice, and highly developed communication skills.
