About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts/Financial Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary to permanent basis. As an Accounts/Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance team, including general administration, HR administration, banking, and sales ledger management.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- HR administration, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel records management
- Banking, including reconciliations, payments, and receipts
- Sales ledger management, including invoicing, credit control, and debt collection
- Working with spreadsheets, including Excel, to manage and analyze financial data
- Purchase ledger and reconciliation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
