Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Charles Court, part of Priory Adult Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their day-to-day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and engagement
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of care plans, ensuring individualized support and care
