We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Quality Care @ Home. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live safe, happy, and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and food preparation.
- Offer companionship and social interaction to help individuals build relationships and maintain a sense of community.
- Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to help individuals maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
- Support individuals to access community resources and services, such as healthcare and education.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
