Shaftesbury West is recruiting for Bank Enabling Support Workers who will provide support and encouragement to adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, including dementia.

The successful candidate will take direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan, maintaining accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements.

There will be opportunities to cover sleep-in sessions, with an additional £60 payment per sleep-in.

Shaftesbury West provides person-centred care and support, enabling adults to live as independently as possible.

Our services include daytime to 24-hour, sleep-in care and support, and we offer a flexible, client-driven approach to care, health and inclusion requirements.
