HR Business Partner Opportunity

We're proud to be a leading employer in the UK fresh prepared food industry, and we're looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join our team at Bakkavor Meals in Park Royal, West London.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement, building lasting relationships with colleagues and management, and instilling a people-focused culture across our site. You will hold a CIPD qualification and possess excellent commercial/business acumen, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality metrics, insight, professional advice, challenge, coaching, and support to multiple business relationships
  • Be proactive and dynamically reactive to progressing our site from a performance, culture, and engagement perspective
  • Hold a CIPD qualification and possess excellent commercial/business acumen
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse workforce
