About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Portview. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our drylining, partitioning, MEP, and scaffolding projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Directly responsible for the day-to-day running of the project site, ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standard and within the agreed timeframe.
  • Logistics and Inventory Control: Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment for the project works. Liaise with subcontractors, other site stakeholders, logistic providers, and transport companies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure that the quality and compliance inspection test plan is implemented on site. Collaborate with Clients Technical advisor to ensure that all inspections are completed and records are kept and maintained.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar in a main contracting environment, managing several subcontractors with interfaces to each other.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, systems, and installation techniques, preferably in drylining/partitions – scaffolding.
  • Good working knowledge of MEP systems – fire alarm, LV power, ventilation, etc.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Project Management software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools, preferably Procore – MS Projects.
