About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Manager to join our team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our Digital Factory, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our digital platforms, driving operational best practices, and championing the digital agenda within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of our digital estate and drive operational excellence throughout the brand.
  • Accountability for all digital release management and alignment of all 3rd parties.
  • Ensure digital platforms remain optimised and performant, allowing scalability and reliable services.
  • Champion the digital agenda and relationship owner within key organisational functions.
  • Lead people - build and empower high-performing teams, maximising employee performance.
  • Take responsibility for our digital platform strategy, contributing to the Technology function's Strategy.
  • Own the content management system, support, and maintenance, publishing all content on the Web and App.
  • Develop and embed digital platform measurements and tooling, using data analytics to monitor and enact strategies.
  • Work alongside the Head of Digital Products and Head of Software Engineering to build key measurement features.
  • Maintain, support, and evolve existing platforms, supporting the development of our digital-first customer-focused strategy.
  • Lead with a people-first approach, developing a high-calibre team through effective recruitment, training, and coaching.
  • Ensure appropriate security levels are maintained for data, access controls, and intrusion prevention.
Requirements
  • Experience in the Online Betting and/or Gaming industries, ideally.
  • Provide leadership for Site reliability, Platform Engineering work, and implement BCR and digital ITL strategy.
  • Understand underlying concepts of systems administration and be familiar with automation used to manage modern digital infrastructure.
  • A deep understanding of monitoring & observability.
  • Ability to nurture and enhance team capabilities, ensuring growth of skills and support for career development.
