Digital Analytics Manager

Salary Range: £65,000 - £75,000

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Watford – 2X A Week

Company Overview:

Harnham is a leading recruitment agency specializing in digital and data roles. We are partnering with a prominent gaming company to find a skilled Digital Analytics Manager to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Manager to lead our digital analytics team and work closely with stakeholders across digital marketing, product, UX/UI, and product owners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 2 digital analysts, developing and implementing data strategies, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of 2 digital analysts
  • Develop and implement data strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across all digital channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics

Requirements:

  • Adobe Analytics experience (open to Google Analytics)
  • Data visualization skills using Power BI
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
  • Previous team management experience
