Digital Analytics Manager

Salary Range: £65,000 - £75,000

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Watford – 2X A Week

Harnham is a leading recruitment agency specializing in digital and data roles. We are partnering with a prominent gaming company to find a skilled Digital Analytics Manager to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Manager to lead our team in delivering actionable insights and driving business decisions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Analytics, data visualization, and SQL, with experience in managing teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 2 Digital Analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to inform business decisions
  • Design and deliver data visualizations using Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through SQL queries and data validation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics) and data visualization using Power BI
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write basic queries
  • Experience in managing teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
