Digital Sales Manager

Job Summary
LOCALiQ is seeking a results-driven Digital Sales Manager to lead a team of Marketing Solutions Account Managers and Digital Advertising Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing mid-sized sales teams and a genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 7 sales professionals across a given territory or category, creating a coaching culture and developing their performance through effective performance coaching.
- Maximize marketing spend from a given category and/or territory by maintaining and increasing business from existing key account customers and continuously sourcing new business.
- Develop multimedia-led revenues through effective embedding and coaching support on all multimedia approaches.
- Use data to support the growth of lapsed, new, and existing customer bases.
- Lead the growth of unique customer counts through effective territory management and solution analysis.
- Confidently lead day-to-day sales operations, ensuring salespeople's time is directed and used to maximum effect.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales.
- Driving license.
