About the Role

Falmouth Exeter Plus is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Activities Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for building and supporting student communities through various activities and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and staff to promote student engagement and community development.
  • Coordinate and support student-led events, projects, fundraising initiatives, and volunteering opportunities.
  • Deliver training programs and workshops to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to set up and implement inspiring activities.

Requirements include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, experience in event planning and coordination, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, dependent on experience. A permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week offers a competitive remuneration package.
