Student Community Developer

Role Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Student Community Developer, where you will play a key role in building a vibrant student community.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be organized, a great communicator, and a champion in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusivity in student leadership and student groups.
You will need to be confident in engaging with various stakeholders, including students, staff, Falmouth University, University of Exeter, and the local community to ensure that student activity is delivered safely and in an engaging way.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with students, staff, and external partners to promote student activities and events.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage students and enhance their overall experience.
- Foster a sense of community among students by creating opportunities for social interaction and collaboration.
- Work closely with the Communities team to deliver high-quality events and activities that meet the needs of students.
- Provide support and guidance to student leaders and volunteers to help them succeed in their roles.
Working Arrangements:
This is a permanent position working full-time (35 hours per week). A flexible approach to working hours is required. As an organization, we do have an agile working program. For this role, the successful candidate will be required to work on campus a minimum of 4 days a week during term time.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
