Home Manager Job Description: We seek a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our care home team as a Home Manager. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing care homes, including experience in marketing and business development, and a strong understanding of safeguarding and CQC compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and maintain high-quality care services that meet the needs of our residents
  2. Manage and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding care
  3. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need

  • Inspirational leadership skills and a passion for person-centred care
  • A proven track record of managing care homes and developing marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding guidelines and CQC compliance
