**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales and Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for processing sales and service quotations and orders, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining our internal CRM system.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter, process, and confirm sales and service quotations and orders for customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding stock availability, pricing, and other related matters.
- Run invoices for both UK and export shipments and provide export shipping documentation to ensure timely despatch.
- Update and accurately maintain the internal CRM system to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Ensure customers receive accurate and timely information, and are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Ensure service levels are adhered to, and recommend improvements to our administration systems to facilitate increased efficiency.
- Ensure all activities are undertaken and controlled in accordance with our Quality Management System (QMS).
