Job Description

As a highly skilled Director of Engineering, you will lead the development and deployment of ultra-low latency trading infrastructure across 150+ global markets.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with international teams and shape the future of financial technology.

You will be responsible for coordinating global, cross-functional teams and streamlining communication between diverse teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans to meet design priorities
  • Managing high-priority tasks and resolving inter-team dependencies
  • Refining processes for seamless integration during rapid development cycles

A strong background in leadership, project management, and technical expertise is essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical leadership roles
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with System Verilog, C++, Rust, Python, Jenkins, GitHub, and Jira
  • Experience in hardware/software integration and testing
  • Bonus: Knowledge of financial markets or algorithmic trading

A competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum is offered for this position, along with generous compensation packages and considerable bonuses.
