What You'll Do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences:

  • You will be responsible for daily food preparations during your shift, creating exquisite dishes ranging from informal dining on breakfast, lunch and dinner. This will include supervising and leading a team of Junior Chefs together with the Head Chef or in their absence; take orders from Head Chefs and give tasks to Junior Chefs and check they are carried out in the correct manner; sample, smell and observe food, all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience
  • You'll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests' special requests and challenges that may arise during the day
