The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Global FMCG Strategy Director to join our team. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and guidance to a global FMCG client, across both communications and brand strategy in multiple international markets. The role involves leading projects, pitches, and results, and driving the agency and client into new areas of opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to a global FMCG client

  • Lead on brand, activations, and communications strategy

Requirements

  • Experience leading brand, communications, or pitch teams from a strategic perspective
  • Familiarity with semiotics, innovation-led products, and planning communication channels
  • Ability to lead strategic processes and develop clear solutions for branding and communications projects
  • Product-first approach with a fresh interpretation of client challenges
  • Ability to translate critical strategic thinking to creative concepts
