Do you have a track record of creating omni-channel shopper strategies across various markets?

Join a globally renowned Personal Care brand that is expanding rapidly. Operating in over 50 markets with a team of 300+ worldwide, this is a prime opportunity to shape category visibility and drive impactful omni-channel shopper marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in Shopper Marketing and Customer-centric innovation.
  • Develop a Global Omnichannel Shopper Activation Strategy, driving localized impact through occasion-based campaigns.
  • Create a winning store strategy (Perfect Omni-store) and empower teams and partners with its core principles and performance metrics.
  • Provide local teams with compelling materials, toolkits, and training for effective commercial and brand success.
  • Elevate shopper marketing with strategic insights that invigorate Category Strategy, influencing portfolio, fixture, and Point-of-Purchase dynamics.
  • Support sales teams by customizing Shopper strategies to engage retailers on Category and Brand plans.
  • Enhance ROI of omni-shopper marketing tactics in collaboration with the Net Revenue Management team.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current role as a Shopper/Trade/Customer/Channel Marketing Manager in a Consumer Goods organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in working across diverse markets.
  • Proven success in crafting and executing omni-channel shopper marketing strategies.
  • Effective influencer, internally and externally with distributors or retailers.
  • Ability to excel in a multi-functional team and remote work settings.
