Job Overview:
At Global Relay, we're seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Services Team, you'll be responsible for migrating legacy data, providing guidance on best practices, and driving implementation progress. You'll work closely with our Onboarding Team and customer IT resources to ensure seamless data migrations from internal and external legacy client platforms.

About the Role:
You'll focus on day-to-day management of all Enterprise Data Services cases related to Enterprise customers of Global Relay. This includes imports, migrations, legal holds, retention terms configurations, and other ad-hoc enquiries. Steady state Enterprise customers requiring additional migration or non-routine Data Services requests will also work with you.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class service in the deployment of Global Relay services and resolving customer enquiries.
- Ensure client project deadlines are met in an efficient and professional manner.
- Process Enterprise import, migration, retention, and other ad-hoc requests.
- Create scripts/macros to aid with import processing or other Data Services process steps.
- Address any Enterprise Data Services requests or issues raised in a timely manner.
- Ensure overall project objectives or case requirements and target dates are clearly understood, prioritized, and communicated to all teams.
- Contribute to regular status meetings with the customer to discuss, update, and record outstanding Data Services topics in meeting minutes for customer and internal circulation.
- Implement terms and conditions from Order Forms, Contracts, Service Level Agreements, or Statements of Work accurately.
- Provide regular updates on developments/progress with Enterprise account issues to pertinent stakeholders.
- Offer recommendations for improving processes, tools, or systems related to managing major accounts.

About You:
- Post-secondary education (minimum undergraduate degree preferred).
- 3+ years Technical, client-facing enterprise administration experience.
- Adaptability to working with multiple teams on projects with varying degrees of flexibility/rigidity at different points in the development cycle.
- Strong written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills, with excellent telephone and email etiquette.
- Proficiency with MS Windows and command line interface, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio), ability to create and run Excel Macros.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in project planning and project management techniques and tools.

Working Conditions:
This role requires Enterprise Data Services Coverage 24x7 using a follow-the-sun model. Weekend and off-hours availability may be needed for scheduled activities, urgent customer implementation requests, and ad-hoc escalations.
