Job Description

This part-time role involves providing counseling services to clients via our tech-enabled platform.

You will work independently while having access to our dedicated provider support team and clinical care navigators.

Your primary focus will be delivering high-quality care, using evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide short-term goal-focused EAP and employer health plan sessions.
  • Treat adults who have completed online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
  • Be open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation within our scheduling system.
Requirements:
  • Unrestricted license to practice counseling in United Kingdom (Birmingham, England).
  • Post-graduate experience with at least 3 years of post-licensed experience.
  • Comfort with technology and telehealth competence.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
Salary and Benefits

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $70,000 - $90,000 based on industry standards and location.
