Role Overview:

The Pediatric Nurse Manager will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care services to clients. The successful candidate will also develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client and collaborate with community teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care services to clients
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients
  • Collaborate with community teams to establish and maintain effective care arrangements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures related to child health and wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Active RSCN registration with the NMC
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK
  • Effective leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues

Salary:

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
