Job Title: Child Care Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Care Operations Manager to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 30 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.

The successful candidate will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 9:00am and 2:00pm – 6:00pm. They can pick up extra hours during the school holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective programs and activities that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider community.
  • Lead and manage a team of Educators to deliver high-quality services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  • Proven experience in managing childcare services.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children.
  • Relevant qualifications in early childhood education and care.
