Renal Patient Pathway Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Support Worker in a busy hospital department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing an efficient dispensing service to our patients.
Main DutiesAs a Pharmacy Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering medicines to our patients, working closely with our pharmacy team to ensure the smooth operation of our dispensing service. You will also be required to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in a hospital setting is not required, as you will receive comprehensive training on the job.
