Nuclear Science Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Science Specialist to join our team at the National Nuclear Laboratory. As a Scientific Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting nuclear operations and processes.
The successful candidate will have a good academic background, with 5 GCSE's 9-4 (A-C) including Maths, English & Science, and be on track to complete a Level 3 qualification or have obtained one providing UCAS points for entry to level 5 HE programmes.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities- Nuclear Operations and Processes
- Calibrations
- Measurement and analysis methods
- Conducting investigations and tests
- Assessing technical data and contributing to technical reports
- Developing presentation techniques
You will require the right to work in the UK and obtain SC level security clearance.
