About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Global X ETFs Europe. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management, and enhancement of our UCITS ETF business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Develop and implement product proposals for new UCITS ETFs, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Launch Planning: Plan and execute the launch of new UCITS ETFs, ensuring timely and successful market entry.
  • Product Enhancement: Collaborate with index providers and internal stakeholders to enhance existing UCITS ETF products.
  • Index Methodology: Review and design index methodologies to ensure compliance with UCITS regulations.
  • Fund Supplements: Draft and review Fund Supplements for new products, working closely with Legal Counsel.
  • Regulatory Filings: Assist with managing regulatory filings and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Product Presentations: Contribute to the presentation of product ideas and initiatives at internal and board meetings.
  • Foreign Registrations: Manage foreign registrations, including research and marketing of products in new jurisdictions.
  • Shareholder Notifications: Draft and distribute shareholder notifications.
  • Annual AGM: Assist with the management of the annual AGM process and associated administration.
  • Board Reports: Assist with preparing reports for Board Meetings.
  • RFP Responses: Assist with preparing answers to RFP questions.
Requirements
  • University Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business.
  • Financial Services Experience: Experience in financial services, particularly in product, operations, or legal work for regulated investment funds (UCITS ETF experience is highly desirable).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including initiative, communication, tolerance of pressure, willingness to learn and progress, and strong team working skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
