Job Summary
The People & Culture Business Partner will play a pivotal role in our organization, partnering with senior leaders and delivering on our group P&C Global strategy to increase employee engagement.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advice, guidance, and coaching to line managers, fostering a culture of engagement and inclusivity across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders and management teams to promote our core values and foster a culture of engagement.
- Talent Management: Manage the functional delivery of all generalist people & culture activities, covering multiple areas of HR.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact and provide strategic advice for all leadership and employees on people & culture matters.
- Policy Management: Implement, manage, and monitor People & Culture policies.
- Investigations and Resolution: Assist management and leadership to resolve employee relation issues, conduct effective investigations, and recommend action for sensitive and complex situations.
- Project Delivery: Deliver People & Culture project outcomes in areas such as onboarding & offboarding, leadership development, learning, career pathways, and capability.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide continuous improvement in line with HR best practice for all aspects of P&C delivery, policy, and process.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide monthly reporting and analysis on turnover, headcount, diversity, and other ad-hoc requirements.
- Career Pathways: Support the development and deployment of our organization-wide career path and job family model.
- Succession Planning: Ensure all teams have succession plans in place based on skills matrices and capability assessments, feeding into the organization's capability plan.
