About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in policy development, coalition building, and strategic thinking. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading our parliamentary engagement, developing policies on racial equality, and working closely with high-profile stakeholders to advance our objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Policy Development: You will write policy briefings, reports, and research on key issues related to racial equality.
  • Coalition Building: You will work with policymakers and civil society groups to advance our goals.
  • Strategy Development: You will collaborate with our CEO, Director of Operations, and Head of Research to develop our political strategy and projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in policy development and coalition building. You must also have a deep understanding of racial equality issues and a passion for contributing to their advancement.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £65,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension contributions and flexible working arrangements.
