About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. You will be responsible for supervising a team of Care Assistants and supporting the clinical team with various tasks, including medication management, assessments, care planning, and reviews.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have experience in clinical care for the elderly. As a motivated and caring individual, you will provide tailored care and support to each resident, respecting their dignity and preferences.
