Bupa Global is a leading healthcare provider, and we are seeking a talented Adult Home Support Manager to join our team at Collingwood Grange Care Home in Camberley. As an Adult Home Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Nurse with clinical duties, driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, and building relationships with residents and their families.

The ideal candidate will have completed an NVQ3 in care and have experience in management roles. You will be trained on all aspects of our new digital care system, which will enable you to focus on clinical excellence and care for our residents.

As an Adult Home Support Manager, you will help us make health happen by:

  • Supporting with clinical duties, including supporting the nurse to observe, issue medication, review care plans and accurate record keeping
  • Driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsible for all shift handovers of the teams
  • Helping with training and supervision of new staff members so they feel welcomed and supported
  • Building relationships with residents, their families and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £72,000 per year, dependent on experience.
