Job Title: Band 5 Neonatal Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Neonatal Staff Nurse to join our innovative nursing team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our Level 3 Neonatal Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based care to neonates and their families, in accordance with local and national guidelines.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and contribute to the development of our neonatal service.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to provide family-centred care and promote health education.
  • Identify and manage infants requiring safeguarding assessments, and refer appropriately.
  • Assist with the discharge/transfer process of infants to other care services.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registration.
  • Recent neonatal intensive care experience is desirable.
