Learning Support Professional

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Professional to join their team in Leicester. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children who have special educational needs and possess excellent communication skills.
About the Role- Assist students with learning difficulties in a mainstream primary school setting.
- Develop trusting relationships with students using a restorative approach.
The successful candidate will have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, along with a genuine interest in understanding the challenges faced by young people with mental health and trauma issues.
We offer a competitive salary of £80-£90 per hour, depending on experience. Our team provides excellent training and support, ensuring you feel confident and prepared for your role.
Please note that this position requires a Clear Enhanced DBS check, registered on the Update Service. If you don't already have a DBS, we can assist you with the application process.
