About the Role

This position involves delivering technical knowledge to drive positive results on individual claims and for the claims teams overall. You will support the team to achieve improved technical performance and indemnity/quality targets while delivering the defined customer service proposition.

Your Responsibilities

  • Guiding the team to increase professional & technical capability
  • Resolving or facilitating resolution of multi-faceted claims queries and problems
  • Maintaining a small caseload of £10k claims that aren't Adjuster led where appropriate and required

About You

You will be guiding and coaching the team to increase professional & technical capability, so you will have good experience of resolving or facilitating resolution of multi-faceted claims queries and problems that the team have escalated, working closely with the wider team to ensure effective technical performance.
