Join Our Team as a Support Worker for Children

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized support and care to children with learning difficulties or challenging behavior
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and support children to participate in activities and achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months paid experience in children's care in the UK within the last 3 years
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Good standard of English, both spoken and written, with effective communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS and suitable references
