Total Care Matters Ltd. is a leading provider of residential children's homes, dedicated to making a positive impact on young people's lives. We are seeking a dynamic and caring individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to support our young people in a residential setting. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a small, caring team that provides 24/7 care and support to children aged 8-17. Your role will be diverse and shift-based, including overnight sleep-ins, and will involve taking young people to school, appointments, and activities, as well as assisting with daily tasks such as administration, household chores, cooking, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe, healthy, and educational environment for young people
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively as part of a small team to achieve the best outcomes for young people
Requirements
  • Be 22 years old or over
  • Have a passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence
  • Be willing to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
