Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Total Care Matters. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young people in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support the daily lives of young people in our care
  • Safeguard and promote the well-being of our residents
  • Encourage and support the education and personal development of our young people
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Desirable: experience working with children or young people, or a relevant qualification in childcare or youth work
