Join Our Team as a Children's Residential Support Worker

Total Care Matters Ltd. is a leading provider of residential children's homes, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and caring individual to support young people in our care, aged 8-17, in a residential setting. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a small, caring team that provides a safe and nurturing environment for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young people with their daily needs, including personal care, education, and activities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, promoting their emotional and social well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the home and the delivery of high-quality care
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 22 years old or over
  • Passion for working with children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
