Siemens AG is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Human Capital Development Associate.

About the Role

This 12-month internship provides an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in human capital development, working closely with our experienced team to drive business success.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of human capital development initiatives, collaborating with colleagues across the business to support through change and help shape the future of work.

As part of our Early Careers program, you will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout your placement.

During your time with us, you will have access to a range of training and development opportunities, designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in people and organization development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of human capital development initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
Requirements
  • Studying towards a degree in a people or business-oriented subject
  • Demonstrable interest in a career in HR and enthusiasm for data-driven decision making
