Family Court Adviser

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Family Court Adviser. As a key member of our Public Law team, you will be responsible for working with children and families in cases where the local authority has serious concerns about their safety or welfare.
The role of the Family Court Adviser is to provide expert advice to the court on the best interests of the child, and to work with the child and their family to achieve a positive outcome. This will involve carrying out assessments, gathering information, and communicating with the court through written reports and evidence.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Social Worker with experience of working with children and families in a public law context. You will also need to be able to work independently, be highly organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to the court on the best interests of the child

Requirements:
