We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in the West Midlands. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and customer support to our existing customers in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in CNC metal cutting and a strong understanding of cutting tools and their applications. You will work closely with our Technical Sales Engineers and Key Account Manager teams to identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical advice and customer support to existing customers in the West Midlands.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Working closely with the Technical Sales Engineers and Key Account Manager teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure our products remain competitive.
