Role Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding role as a UK Responsible Play Specialist at Allwyn UK, where you will play a vital part in promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable players.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outbound calls to players identified as potentially at risk, adopting a sensitive and empathetic approach when interacting with them. You will also liaise with other teams within the department to help resolve customer complaints related to responsible gaming.

In this role, you will work closely with our internal systems to analyze and monitor potential indicators of 'at-risk' behavior. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all players have a safe and enjoyable experience while playing the National Lottery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible Gaming Calls: Make proactive calls to players who have been flagged as potentially at risk, providing guidance and support to help them make informed decisions about their gaming habits.
  • Player Support: Offer sensitive and empathetic support to players who may be struggling with problem gambling or are at risk of developing unhealthy gaming habits.
  • Liaison with Other Teams: Collaborate with other departments to address customer complaints related to responsible gaming, ensuring seamless resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from our internal systems to identify potential indicators of 'at-risk' behavior, enabling targeted interventions to protect vulnerable players.

About You

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in promoting healthy gaming practices. You should have a thorough understanding of the mechanics of National Lottery games and products, as well as experience working in a high-volume environment.
