We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Responsible Play Advisor - National Lottery to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service while promoting responsible play practices.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing outbound Responsible Play calls to players who have been identified as 'at risk' by our analytics model.
  2. Providing empathetic support to customers who are struggling with problem gambling.
  3. Liaising with internal teams to resolve customer complaints related to Responsible Play.
  4. Reviewing and applying breaks and exclusions, as well as monitoring Responsible Play limits for 'at risk' accounts.
  5. Identifying potential 'at-risk' indicators in our internal systems.
  6. Attending training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  7. Supporting the wider Contact Centre team during peak periods.
  8. Participating in special projects as assigned by management.
