Leasehold Customer Service Advisor

We're a social business based in southeast Hertfordshire, helping local people by renting or selling affordable homes. As a Leasehold Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized support to our home owners, addressing their queries and concerns through various channels.

Your expertise in using complex spreadsheets and interpreting legal documents will be invaluable in preparing annual leasehold accounts and reviewing charges. We're looking for someone with great communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability, as well as a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Our benefits package includes a competitive salary of £31,658 - £35,175 (pro rata), 27 days' holiday per year, and a range of perks, such as a buy and sell holiday scheme and up to 12% pension contribution. We're dedicated to supporting our employees' career growth and development.
