Are you looking for a challenging career opportunity as a customer service expert in a global brand? We are seeking a full-time, Dutch & French speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Watford. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, handling technical emergencies and enquiries, and providing an efficient, reliable service to our customers across the EMEA region.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who is fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and French to a professional level. The successful candidate will have experience in customer services and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have additional European language skills, this would be a bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from order entry to billing, including sending and following up on quotations and pre-payment documents.
  • Handle technical emergencies and enquiries via phone or email in a timely manner.
  • Open, update, and manage tickets/cases in our system for each customer enquiry in line with customer expectations and within their contract terms.
  • Respond effectively to queries relating to customer orders and deliveries, resolving customer complaints and queries.
